Fertility Friendly Foods

Hello everyone! Tired of trying different foods and medicines just to conceive a baby but still nothings happen?

Below are some fertility friendly foods i can share to you that is effective:

1. Oysters -  these bivalves can raise libido because they're loaded with zinc. A mineral that helps fuel semen and testosterone production. You can also find zinc in beef, nuts and legumes.

2. Honey - source of boron, a mineral believed to increase the production of testosterone.

3. Fruits and veggies - helps sperm to be less sluggish. the antioxidants in vibrantly colored produce such as potatoes, tomatoes, grapefruits, peaches, red pepper, carrots and green of all kinds.

4. Yams -  yams have fertile properties ,yams contain a substance similar to progesterone which help stimulate ovulation.

5. Nuts and seeds -  abundant source of omega-3,fattry acids, which is vital to regulate hormones that induce ovulation.
